Tyler Whited, PT, DPT, CSCS
Assistant Professor of Kinesiology
The university welcomed alumnus Tyler Whited as an assistant professor of kinesiology in 2022. A 2018 graduate of ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ Fox’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program, he worked the previous year as the owner and therapist at Elevate Physical Therapy in Newberg. He also has served as a graduate teaching assistant and as a clinical instructor in the university’s PT program.
Previously, Whited has worked in various clinical roles in the Salem area. In addition to his doctorate in physical therapy, he holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ Fox (2015).
Whited lives in Springfield with his wife Analisa, a ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ Fox alumna. He enjoys outdoor recreation, all forms of exercise, and searching for the best tacos whenever possible.
