The recognition honors organizations that demonstrate intentional leadership and a commitment to cultivating a healthy, flourishing workplace culture marked by high employee engagement. The accomplishment is underscored by the fact only 34% of participating higher education institutions achieve certification.
Certified organizations score at least 4.0 out of 5.0 on the Best Christian Workplaces Employee Engagement Survey, reflecting strong organizational culture. Life on Campus
ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ Fox is a place where we stop to pray with students, to listen to their stories, to make sure they are known. In short, we are a community where students are put first, where Christ is at the center of everything we do, and where innovation is our daily routine.
As part of that commitment, we value the diversity of God’s kingdom and are advocates for our students and employees through our Sexual Misconduct CARE (Campus Awareness, Response and Education) Team, a group dedicated to providing you support through resources and Title IX coordinators.
