Hadlock's Personal Trainers are committed to developing personalized workout plans that meet clients right where they're at. Train one-on-one with a trainer or sign up for sessions with a friend. Fitness looks different for everyone, so the advantage of personal training is that it provides fitness sessions tailored to fit your schedule, and your needs. Your trainer will help you set fitness goals, develop healthy habits, and get consistent with workouts to reach those goals, all while coming alongside you and encouraging you in your own fitness journey.
All Hadlock Personal Trainers are certified with NCAA-accredited personal training certifications.They are trained in the anatomy and physiology of exercise, the science behind an effective workout, behavior modification strategies, and dietary guidelines.
Initial consultations are free and scheduled based on the availability of the trainer. Prices are reflective of individual costs.
Individual Sessions
One Session: $30 (student rate) / $38 (non-student rate)
Five Sessions: $140 (student rate) / $177 (non-student rate)
Braden Henry is a senior at ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓÆµ Fox University, majoring in Psychology. He is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer at Hadlock, with a background in athletics and weight training. In addition to his own training, Braden currently coaches football and enjoys physical activities like hiking.
Sierra Jones
Sierra Jones is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer at Hadlock Student Center and a sophomore at ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓÆµ Fox University majoring in Kinesiology. She has a background in competitive gymnastics and coaching and enjoys hiking, rock climbing, weightlifting, and most sports. Sierra is excited to encourage fitness, balanced living, and healthy habits for both her clients and the general Hadlock community.
