Goals and Tactics (2025-2026)

  1. Promote a culture that celebrates Christian generosity, philanthropy and community in our region

    1. Expand brand awareness campaigns into Washington
    2. Build our undergraduate transfer popultion through the expansion and speed of transfer admissions
  2. Identify new market-driven programs, including ongoing development in graduate health sciences

    1. Propose, evaluate and choose at least one graduate and one online undergraduate program by the spring board of trustees meeting
  3. Publicly assert our faithful commitment to the Gospel of Jesus Christ through exemplary expression

    1. Continue to build the institution’s reserve and financial base
  4. Establish partnerships to help advance the institution’s highest priorities

    1. Create direct-admit partnerships with Christian K-12 schools
    2. Utilize Hanover research to boost capacity building in grantseeking
