Establish the foundational plan and vision for a new, in-house intercultural life conference. This conference, which replaces the VOICES conference, will be hosted by Mosaic scholars for the entire campus community. Programming will begin with a small-scale soft launch in the fall of 2025, with a full launch planned for fall of 2026
